Ingredients

150 g bananas
150 g kiwifruit
150 g gooseberries
150 g pineapple
150 g green grapes
180 g fructose

Preparation

1. Prepare fresh fruits for consumption. Add bananas, kiwifruit, gooseberries and half pineapple as well as grapes with SweetFamily fructose in a high blending container and mix them for 15 seconds into soft purée.
2. Cut the remaining pineapple into small cubes and cut the grapes into halves or fourths, depending on the size. Mix these fruits into the fruit mixture, let the mixture rest for 15 minutes and serve with whipped cream or vanilla juice.
