2 mangos
1 lemon
1 orange
1 bottle dry white wine
6 cl apricot brandy
4 cl rum
8 cl grenadine
10 tsps. SweetFamily fine sugar
1 bottle dry sparkling wine


Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh into pieces suitable for consumption. Squeeze the orange and lemon. Then add the mango pieces to a punch dish together with rum, apricot brandy, orange and lemon juice, sugar and chilled white wine. After blending the ingredients put the almost ready mango punches covered by a lid into the fridge for at least 2 hours. Just before serving pour the mango punch with a bottle of well chilled sparkling wine. Stir shortly and carefully. Finally, add the grenadine. Serve in punch cups with cocktail straws.
Tip: The mangoes should always be ripe and of high quality, otherwise the taste of the punch will be lost.
